Send clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. For defective items, we may cover return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.

All KitchenSwift products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims follow a similar process to refunds but may require different documentation.
